Friday 5 - Conflagration

 

1. When did you last light a candle?
   
   Last week. To remember a friend.
   
   
2. When did you memorably burn your bridges?
   
   When I announced I had a relationship with Mr. J.
   What a mistake!!
   But thatś a long time ago.
   
   
3. When were your pants most recently on fire?
   
   No idea. I try not to lie. It makes me feel very uneasy, and why should I?
   
   
4. Which of your possessions has recently sparked joy?
   
   Recently.... Maybe the gift a friend brought me: the batch of WW2 secret service?
   
   Maybe I'll come up with something?
   
   
5. In which of the Inferno‘s nine circles of hell will you someday feel most at home?
   
   None!!!
   
   I am not reacting to "most at home", as I won't feel at home in any, and there is no option to go there for me.
   And there is no 'someday" as it implies future. He was in the past...
   
   Dantes 9 circles are an allegory, organizing sins by how much they abused human reason and free will. He used them as  a way to to put against the light medieval Italy's morality, politics, and the psyche.
