I am downstairs early. It was simply too hot in my bedroom. And it doesn't help hardly to be able to turn, because of the pain.
It was the warmest night in june ever.
Next night will be worse.
In Venezuela 2 earthquakes struck. One of 7.2 and the next one 7.5.
It's unknown many people have died, but it is expected that it will be at least thousands.
In Germany all traintraffic was sttopped as there was a radio-issue.

The council has adjusted worrking times but the person who gave out the orders forgot that some activities make a lot of noise.
From far I hear a noise, and I first assume someone is trying to get his moped working.
But then it's clear. Someone is mowing with an electrical mower the weeds from the pavement.
Because of the advice of the health department people have their windows open. (Like they need advice to do so witth a night temperature above 20 degrees!). I hear children moaning. Finally they were sleeping and then this!!!
And why attack the weeds? With these temperatures they'll dry out anyway. We're living on clay, so they will be squeezed.
It's so absolutely ridiculous that the council has not thought about the consequences of noisy work, when they adjust working times, that I file a report. I also inform the county's department for sound nuisance.

Still 24 degrees outside.
Humidity rises.
Inside it is 26,1 degrees with a humidity of 61%
Even with the doors and windows open and a pleasant breeze outside, I can't get it down.

The other daughter is in town and apps me... if I need groceries.
As a postcard has arrived for her, she needs to come here anyway.

Washed the showercurtain and some other things.
Put it back on the rail again and hang the other stuff.

Was reading some interesting medical articles that were in my mail.
Found a mail from the work insurance of my ankle.
Turned out she doesn't have the report yet...or at that moment.
Told that the surgeon had permission to report and said he would report.
Told her that no other doctor has been involved.
That the fysio said that they usually weren't asked, but that she was willing to report.
I don't understand why they won't involve a knowledgeable doctor, call me in and have that doctor assess me.
Well, they might.. or not.

We had a long discussion about important things.
When she left she said that the summerhat I have is not fitting her.
It looked very pretty! She was very amazed.

My autistic son had a facial phone appointment with a therapist.
They forgot to send him the link.
He tried to call them.
Couldn't reach them.
He was very upset, because he keeps his appointments, and wants others do the same.
Told him to mail them, telling what happened and: "as none could be reached I assume you all have the day off because of the heat."
I skipped my usual lunch and had an apple and cherries.

On of the smaller airfields will be closed and we expect "ours" to close too.
I was thinking of going on saturday, when we will be near the clubhouse with airconditioning. But I am far from sure if it'll be wise.

When I am tired and feel like going to sleep in the gardenhouse, I will.
But I also got a tiny fan from the friend of my daughter, so that might help in the bedroom...

Spend the evening explaining to someone why the hot weather is a burden for people. He didn't understand all the fuzz. And I kept my campfriend busy in the app... or rather: he me.
Wanted to see a movie, but couldn't find it as our tv is small. I can't see it. Asked my daughter but she wisely pretended she hadn't seen the app. The same happened with all the stuff she left in the kitchen... not seen...
Well, it's still there as I don't feel well.
Probably the kidneys.
I wonder what that new doc will say monday.... finally another echo, ignoring it, or trying to get me take all sort of modern medication I don't want?
Well, another exceptional day is over.
