New tariffs.
Nothing new.

Cork, diamonts, planes and plane parts, generic medicines and active ingredients for medicines.

When people can't work for a reason, like disease, or caretaking duties, then they are allowed to work less and get compensation of the wages to a certain amount of income everyne should have.
Everybody gets paid vacation days by law. Paid sick leave.
There are rules for people who work in shifts, so there is enough time to rest in between.
Each branch of work is subject to strict rules and regulations which are regularly checked.
This includes for instance lifting things.
There are also rules for being insured at the job, and on the way from and to home.
People in certain jobs get financial compensation for travelling to and from work.
People can't be forced.

Everyone pays taxes.
This is checked by reports from both the employer and the employee, but also in many other ways, like a pemit to employ people, to have a factory, to dispose of waste and debris, to use elecricity etc etc.
The EU has decided not to get in dispute about this.
