Code orange was announced for this morning.
So we had some hope to wake up in a white world, even though it's late in the winter.
But it had snowed only in other parts of the country, not here.
Our plans were to go to the shopping center, but we stayed at home. For some reason we all were a bit under the weather. And as it didn't matter if we'd go to the pharmacy today or tomorrow...
It was a kind of lazy day.
The past years international women's day got more attention here. I think we're all very tired of the things going on in the family and in the world.
Taking some rest resulted in a bit less bother from the inflammation in the jaw.
ItÅ› a recurrent issue.
Years ago we had two women dentists.
They decided to pull a molar.
I asked for an xray first, so they could see if the roots were normal or were turned outward, like my dad had. They didn't want to make one.
One of them started to pull, but it did't work out the way she wanted.
She had to drill bits of, and kept pulling without a good extraction.
They drilled the bits out.
It took ages, I had a horrible pain,
The next dentist wanted to put two implants in my jaw.
(After he accepted that there were hereditary tooth problems in the family.)
He made a scan of the jaw and cam back looking like he had seeen a ghost.
He couldn't put an implant there as the jaw at the left side was competely shattered.
The bits were grown together to some extend, but he didn't want to put anything in there out of fear he might break the jaw.
Once in a while some food hurts the gums. It results in an inflammation that goes deep in there within a day. For a few days it stays in the jaw and then it slowly subsides. I've been told not to use Ibuprofen, but it´s the only thing that works the way it's needed.
Had a look if there was snow.
It snows...but just the wet variety....
