7 on top of 40.000

Seven World Food Care workers were killed in Gaza yesterday, when their very recognisable car was the target of the Israeli Military.
They knew they were there as their arrival and movements were coordinated with the Israeli forces.

I feel sad for their family, friends and collegues.
Good hearted people who wanted to provide much needed support to innocent people were just another target for an army that consists of people driven by hatred and orders and who don't mind "collateral damage" at all.

To prevent more international resistance against a war that is completely disproportional one of the PR people, Daniel Hagari, admitted it was the Israeli army who killed those 7 people and he expresssed his deepest condolences.
He stood there, in his official capacity, as a small boy who had stolen cookies, was still hiding them in the top drawer of his bedside table, but said sorry to his grandmother because he had to, while still tasting the soft sandy texture mixed with the sprinkels on top.

The hypocrisy hit me deep.
After killing more than 40.000 innocent people without any excuse, after destroying everything that could keep babies and pregnant moms alive, that would give the elderly peaceful last years or even days, after completely demoslishing a top hospital because they want the world to believe that some terrorist workers were waiting behind the beds for them, waiting to be killed...
Did you hear an apology?

I didn't.

I bet the little boy will eat those hidden cookies as soon has he goes to his room.
And everyone around him will smell what he has done.

Just like we see through the nice words and excuses.

7 Aid workers were killed...
