Look what I found....

 

You should have seen my face when I took the package out of plastic, broken the seal and got the medication out.

2 of the containers were broken!!!

None of us dropped the package.

And everything was completely dry, so it must have happened quite a while ago.

The leakage through the package made clear the containers broke during transport. The moisture was absorbed by the wrapper-sticker and the box itself. 

After all the toodoo around their request to get new prescriptions every three months, which was a clear mistake, I am too tired to try to get a new apology.
I have enough of the stuff ... so let it be...
