Bye weekend! - 1

Describe your weekend.
Post your link in the comments.
Enjoy your week!

This was a kind of strange weekend. One of us tested negative, and she was feeling a lot better.
The rest was feeling unwell.

Because we weren't allowed to leave the house the oldest fetched some groceries and a added a bit extra too.
So we had vegetables, sausages, bread, etc etc.
We had good meals because of that, which was a pleasure in itself.
J wants to cook each day, but he is a very bad and lazy cook.
Now he had enough ingredients to make a nice basic meal.
As my taste isn't affected by Covid I really enjoyed it.

Son forgot to add something for the birthday of his dad.So we had no cake, cupcakes or something like that. It wasn't a real problem. We weren't hungry anyway.

The nights were bad. Lots of coughing.
Saturday I woke up with full lungs and clogged sinuses.
I was lucky to have enough medication at home, so I used it freely.
With complaints about full hospitals all over the news I was very motivated to stay away as far as possible.
Sunday I woke up a bit better...but coughing anyway.
Even during my sleep I noticed I was coughing and fell asleep again. I was exhausted.

The laundry machine decided to bother me too.
I think one or more socks have found the exit, but got stuck in the drain.
I wanted to take the large fork from the kitchen, but it has disappeared....
I either can use a piece of iron with a hook at the end and try to get the socks out... or empty the bookcase in front, move it away and cut a large chunk of the drain. No real man in the house who does it for me.

Watched Star Trek almost all day.
